ONEIRIC WINE ESTATE
Elgin Valley Wine Route
Oneiric in the Elgin Valley is situated in the Kogelberg Biosphere, a UNESCO heritage site that's part of the Cape Floral Kingdom. The name, Greek for ‘dream’, reflects the owner's sentiment of this find. Matt Pascall bought the farm in 2007 for its aesthetic beauty and for a change of lifestyle. Its first wines became publicly available 2012, the year which Niels Verburg of Luddite was appointed as consultant winemaker. The Pascall family's involvement in Copper mining, inspired the wine portfolio's label design.
