Noble Hill is estate wine from the 30ha vineyard of a 50ha farm on the slopes of the Simonsberg. The property was acquired in 2008 by Kristopher A. Tillery, who is also the winemaker. Its range of wines identified by the vintage keys on its labels, includes popular and less familiar varieties that are used in single cultivar bottlings as well as blends. The farm also has an olive orchard and produces olive oil. Its restaurant, Cosecha, is Spanish for "harvest".

Restaurant

The name cosecha, Spanish for "harvest", reflects our location next to the working harvest area where grapes are sorted and crushed at Noble Hill wine estate. Ingredients are grown on the farm where possible, and we maintain a pepper and vegetable garden which you are free to explore during your visit. We serve breakfast and lunch all day. Specials are crafted each day based on fresh local ingredients.
