Durbanville Wine Valley
Nitida is a family of African plants that includes proteas. Owned by Bernhard and Peta Veller, the Nitida winery has been family-operated since 1990. The flock of sheep and a couple of cows were replaced by vines planted on the 35ha farm in 1992. Situated in the Durbanville region, it produces a range of wines, including MCC sparkling wine. There are two dining venues on the property - Cassia Restaurant and Tables at Nitida – as well as mountain biking trails and a function area.

Tables at Nitida is winelands visitors’ favourite Family Bistro, with breakfast dishes such as Brioche French toast served with caramelized bananas or for lunch, crispy wraps or mouth-watering homemade burgers.
