Robertson Wine Valley
Established by Swiss chef Bernhard Hess, Mimosa comprises a wine division as well as a historic lodge and restaurant. The lodge is the centre of activity, housed in a building that dates to 1859. On the vinous front, the range comprises red and white wines, an MCC sparkling wine and 5YO potstill brandy. They're produced from a 3ha vineyard in a partnership with consultant winemaker Lourens van der Westhuizen of Arendsig Wines near Bonnievale. Tastings and sales take place at the lodge too.

BluVines isn’t just another restaurant and wine cellar. It’s a project of passion: for excellent food, quality wine and great coffee.
The wine-tasting room is the home of Mimosa Wines, internationally acclaimed for the excellent quality of this beautifully crafted limited production range. In addition to normal wine tastings, guests may also enjoy specially selected food and wine pairings.
The restaurant in the glamorously refurbished old farmhouse offers a unique culinary experience, with a menu designed to stimulate even the most jaded palate. Unique dishes like picanha and New Age sashimi stand side by side with popular favourites like all-day breakfast and gourmet burgers. It is also the perfect meeting place to enjoy a steaming cup of Truth coffee.
The waitrons are alumni from the Rural Arts Development (RAD) Foundation, a Montagu-based registered non-profit organisation that introduces all forms of visual and performing arts to rural youth in an endeavour to inspire, engage and educate the children of our community. The young men are full of energy and might even surprise you with an impromptu performance.
