Klein Constantia lies in the upper foothills of the Constantiaberg and was originally part of lands owned by 17th Century Cape Commander Simon van der Stel. It is famous as the maker of the Vin de Constance, one of the wines that brought the farm and region renown with many international and prominent historic figures like Napoleon Bonaparte. Today, it is owned by a multinational group of shareholders. Along with the natural sweet dessert wine, Klein Constantia produces a premium Estate range and an accessible and easy-drinking KC range.
Situated alongside our newly renovated tasting room under the Jacaranda trees, The Bistro @ Klein Constantia has created a unique wine and food experience. Focusing on fresh locally sourced seasonal ingredients, our menu embodies the ‘farm to table & head to toe’ theme.
