Hidden Valley Wines offers visitors a diverse wine, dine and art experience. Its original vineyards were planted in 2002 and today make up half of the 40ha farm, which was acquired from founder Dave Hidden in 2015 by former Capitec Bank CEO Riaan Stassen. The jewel of the farm is shrouded by fynbos, vineyards and olive groves - a contemporary stone, wood and glass building that houses amongst others the state-of-the-art, gravity fed winery, Overture Restaurant and a sculpture studio. For lovers of the great outdoors, there's a nature trail on the property.

Bush Lodge at Hidden Valley is a stylish 3-bedroom lodge in the winelands of Stellenbosch, tucked away on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountains on the Hidden Valley Wines estate. Available on a sole-use basis and sleeping up to 6 guests, the lodge is an ideal escape for a family or group of friends in search of a luxurious self-catering haven close to nature. The main lodge consists of the main bedroom en-suite, plus equipped kitchen and living areas, whilst the cottage beside it features two bedrooms. In November 2007 Overture Restaurant, situated on Hidden Valley Wines - a wine farm anchored into the side of the Stellenbosch hills - opened its doors for the very first time. Starting from humble beginnings, Overture Restaurant soon became a destination for great food, service and wines. Since then, Chef Owner Bertus Basson has taken Overture Restaurant to new heights. This picturesque winelands restaurant has regularly been awarded prestigious accolades from both the Eat Out Guide and Rossouws Restaurant Guide. The custodians of your modern South African dining experience are Mathias Heinz, who runs the floor, Drikus Brink as head chef and all is overseen by chef patron, Bertus Basson.
