1kg Strawberry Sorbet
1 Punnet of Fresh Strawberries
- Scoop a ball of strawberry sorbet into champagne glasses.
- Cut a strawberry in half, keeping the top intact. Place on side of glass as garnish.
- Top up the glass with Robertson Non-Alcoholic Dry Sparkling Rose and serve.
2. Orange Oasis Mocktail Recipe, Leopard's Leap Wines
15 ml Pineapple juice
45 ml Orange juice
30 ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
60 ml Leopard’s Leap Natura Classic White
Ginger ale, to top up
1 teaspoon mint, crushed or finely chopped
Sprig of mint, lime wedge and orange twirl, for garnish
Place ice into tall glass. Pour in pineapple, orange, lime juice and wine. Top up with ginger ale and stir in mint leaves. Garnish with sprig of mint, lime wedge and orange twirl.
